Shipping Policy:
- All orders within Punjab are delivered within 3 days after placing an order.
- Orders outside of Punjab take an estimated 3-5 days to reach your doorstep.
- Delays may occur in case of bad weather, road closures, or other emergencies.
- Once you have placed an order, a change of mind can only be accommodated if it is communicated within the first hour. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must be paid for in full.
- Our team is dedicated to ensure your parcel arrives on time and in the best condition. In case your parcel has been opened or is damaged, please don’t hesitate and let us know immediately.
- Products can only be exchanged or returned if the box and all other packaging materials are undamaged and in their original conditions.
- Products will not be returned or exchanged in case the box or any other packaging material is missing. Refunds and exchanges are only valid for the first three days after you have received your order. We will not cater any requests after the passage of three days.
